I can not believe it's the last day of November!

I swear this month has flown by. Soon Christmas and then my sweet granddaughter will be born.

Fall Bucket List 2012 #9 & #10 | Caramel Apples & Candy

This week we made caramel apples and I mean Vallon enjoyed them so much! 

And he also enjoyed a cake pop this week. Not technically candy, but it had sprinkles and caramel is candy. Lots of sweets this week I'd say!

I'm not a food photographer, but I do want to share a recipe with everyone today. This is favorite and a must in my home during the holidays, and I have been making it for years! 

Banana Pudding Squares

35

 Reduced Fat NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)

1/4

cup  margarine, melted

1

pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened

1/2

cup  powdered sugar

1

tub  (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

3

 bananas, sliced

pkg.  (1 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding

cups  cold fat-free milk

1/2

square  BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated

MIX wafer crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Refrigerate until ready to use.

BEAT Neufchatel and sugar in medium bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust. Top with bananas.

BEAT pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 min.; spread over bananas. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and chocolate. Refrigerate 3 hours. Stir remaining COOL WHIP gently in tub until creamy; spoon small dollops over dessert. Use small metal spatula to spread COOL WHIP over dessert. Line dish with foil before using, with ends of foil extending over sides of dish. Use foil handles to remove chilled dessert from dish before cutting to serve. I'm late posting today, but here is my week in rewind!

Sunday-Watching Ratatouille with my fave little man! 

Monday-Vallon wanted to show everyone is new favorite hoodie, as you will see. :)

Tuesday-Playing in a leaf pile.

Wednesday-Vallon got a busted lip playing football with his Pops. He didn't realize it until we said so.

Thursday-Fall tree. Can you see the bird in there?

Friday I bought a new nut cracker from Hobby Lobby.

Saturday-My Wedding invitations are ready! I'm over the moon on how well they turned out! Sorry about the awful black lines, but I had to do it for the internet.

And that was our week!

How is everyone adjusting to the time time?

For some reason, this year it's really affecting me.

I'm in bed super early every single night. Like, 6:30 or 7:00 I'm in the bed. Crazy right?! Tonight I'm forcing myself to stay up a little later.

Week #45, it's hard to believe Christmas is around the corner!

Sunday-Lilly finding ways to relax!

 Monday-My hibiscus are still in bloom.

Tuesday-This old rocking gave out on me and the baby. Thank God the baby was fine, I had a few bruises, but all is well.

 Wednesday-My favorite little man, I so love his dimples!

Thursday-Pretty little Mallie.

Friday-My sister and I attended a wreath and bow making class. It was fun!

Saturday-We went to a Veteran's Day Parade. So much fun for Vallon, me too!

And that was my week!

The photo was taken at the Baton Rouge zoo which explains the fence in the background.

We rarely experience snow, so I imagined this is what it could look like if it were to snow here.
