Foto Friday | Blogging Break

I know this is short notice, but I will be taking a blogging break for a least a month. I will return around the beginning of February with Foto Friday.
The baby will be here in about three weeks, and we are still in preparation of her room, and Christmas.

I will stop in from time to time, and show baby pictures when Emma Rose arrives.

Welcome to Foto Friday #78

Christmas is almost here and I'm so amazed how fast this year has flown by. My new grand daughter will be here January 14th, my wedding in April, and both of these exciting events I feel we have just announced. 

 Sunday will be the baby shower and how real will that feel for my daughter and how exciting! She's naming  the baby Emma Rose, so pretty. I am in love with the name Emma and come to love Rose. Seems everything around us right now is pink. Gotta love it! 

So let's move on...Last week the theme for Foto Friday was "December Decor".

I'm not a food photographer, but I do want to share a recipe with everyone today. This is favorite and a must in my home during the holidays, and I have been making it for years! 

Banana Pudding Squares

35

 Reduced Fat NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)

1/4

cup  margarine, melted

1

pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened

1/2

cup  powdered sugar

1

tub  (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

3

 bananas, sliced

pkg.  (1 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding

cups  cold fat-free milk

1/2

square  BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated

MIX wafer crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Refrigerate until ready to use.

BEAT Neufchatel and sugar in medium bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust. Top with bananas.

BEAT pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 min.; spread over bananas. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and chocolate. Refrigerate 3 hours. Stir remaining COOL WHIP gently in tub until creamy; spoon small dollops over dessert. Use small metal spatula to spread COOL WHIP over dessert. Line dish with foil before using, with ends of foil extending over sides of dish. Use foil handles to remove chilled dessert from dish before cutting to serve. How is everyone adjusting to the time time?

For some reason, this year it's really affecting me.

I'm in bed super early every single night. Like, 6:30 or 7:00 I'm in the bed. Crazy right?! Tonight I'm forcing myself to stay up a little later.
